  • Project Coordinator - East Montreal

Experiencing rapid growth, the organization is seeking a Project Coordinator to support its operations and contribute to the success of large-scale projects.


    Your role


    Under the supervision of the project management team, you will provide administrative and operational support for projects, from their inception to their closure. You will play a key role in coordinating activities and maintaining document compliance.


    Main responsibilities


    • Open new projects in the internal management system;
    • Manage daily site reports;
    • Track material inputs and outputs;
    • Invoice projects;
    • Prepare purchase orders for subcontractors and suppliers;
    • Draft and follow up on project-related correspondence;
    • Support project managers in the execution of their mandates;
    • Participate in the development and updating of project schedules;
    • Prepare contract start and close documents;
    • Perform various administrative tasks: filing, drafting, document management and email follow-up;
    • Carry out any other related tasks.

    Desired profile


    • Minimum of two (2) years of experience in the construction field;
    • Knowledge of Vision software (an asset);
    • Good command of Microsoft Office Suite;
    • Excellent teamwork skills;
    • Very good command of French, both spoken and written;
    • Strong organizational skills and excellent prioritization skills;
    • Ability to work in a dynamic environment;
    • Adaptability and autonomy;
    • Customer service oriented approach.

  • HR and Payroll Coordinator - Dorval

    Your role:


    • Recruitment: Manage job postings, resume screening, interviews, and onboarding of new employees.

    • HR Administration: Prepare reports and follow-ups, maintain employee files, and ensure compliance with CNESST/SST (Quebec's workplace health and safety commission) regulations.

    Your qualifications:


    • College diploma (DEC) in administration or human resources, or equivalent experience.
    • Minimum 2 years of experience in HR/payroll in an SME, including high-volume recruitment.
    • Excellent command of French (spoken and written), basic English.
    • Good command of Microsoft Office; knowledge of Nethris, Synerion, and HRIS (an asset).
    • Rigorous, discreet, and service-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

  • Accounting Technician - East Montreal

    MP Talents is currently recruiting an Accounting Technician for a well-established and growing company operating in the construction sector in Montreal.


    Under the supervision of the financial controller, the accounting technician actively participates in the management of daily accounting operations, including invoice processing, payments, and reconciliations. This person also ensures the administrative compliance of suppliers and subcontractors.


    Through rigorous monitoring of accounts payable and receivable, it helps to maintain accurate financial information and support the smooth running of the company's operations.


    What the company offers


    • Day shift, Monday to Friday (starting between 7:30 and 8:00 a.m.)
    • Starting salary of $60,000 per year
    • 4 weeks of vacation upon hiring (Construction calendar)

    Responsibilities

    • Maintain professional communication with various business partners
    • Perform various bank reconciliations as needed
    • Participate in period-end closing activities and year-end support
