Project Manager - Construction - Western Montérégie
MP Talents & Structure RH is currently recruiting for a well-established company in the construction sector, specializing in commercial, industrial and institutional projects, and is looking for a project manager to support its growth.
Reporting to management, the person in this position will play a key role in the planning, coordination and monitoring of projects, while ensuring a strategic field presence.
Main responsibilities
The project manager will be responsible for:
- Analyze plans and specifications to ensure compliance with client requirements and industry standards.
- Plan, establish, and monitor project budgets.
- Coordinate the various stages of project execution in collaboration with internal teams and partners.
- Ensure rigorous tracking of documentation (plans, progress reports, modifications, etc.).
- Conduct site visits to supervise work progress.
- Ensure compliance with quality and health and safety standards.
- Identify discrepancies and implement corrective measures when required.
- Participate in the selection of suppliers and subcontractors according to project requirements.
- Negotiate agreements to ensure adherence to deadlines, costs, and quality standards.
Desired profile
We are looking for someone known for their rigor, autonomy and ability to manage several projects simultaneously.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in the construction industry as a Project Manager
- Relevant training (DEP, AEC, certificate or equivalent) – an asset
- Good ability to work in a team and coordinate multiple stakeholders
- Bilingualism (functional English) – an asset
Conditions and benefits
- Salary between $80,000 and $120,000, depending on experience
- Permanent full-time position
- Flexible hours (arrival and departure times) / Typical hours: 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.

Site Superintendent - Building Mechanics - Montreal
About the position
MP Talents & Structure RH is recruiting!
We are currently seeking a Site Superintendent - Specializing in building mechanics for the Montreal area.
Our client, a well-established building mechanics company specializing in the refurbishment and optimization of mechanical rooms, mainly works on renovation projects in occupied environments, in both the public and private sectors.
Your role
You will be responsible for the complete coordination of work on site and will act as the main point of contact between teams, subcontractors and clients.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and supervise on-site work
- Maintain an active presence on projects
- Manage subcontractors (plumbing, ventilation, controls, etc.)
- Ensure compliance with health and safety standards
- Communicate with the client
- Monitor work progress and deadlines
- Manage unforeseen events and resolve on-site issues
- Ensure the quality of completed work
Desired profile
- Relevant experience on construction sites (building mechanics, plumbing, heating or construction)
- Experience in coordination or supervision (a significant asset)
Technical skills
- Ability to read plans (mechanical, architectural, structural)
- Good understanding of building mechanical systems
- Proficiency with digital tools (tablet, computer)

Drafter – Industrial – Lanoraie
MP Talents & Structure is currently seeking a Drafter to complete the team at its client's site in the technical/engineering industrial sector located on the North Shore of Montreal.
Reporting to the Director of Engineering, the individual will participate in the design and preparation of technical drawings for the manufacture of industrial equipment, including pressure vessels and various equipment used in the energy sector.
Main responsibilities
- Produce manufacturing drawings from sketches, quotes, or technical specifications.
- Add the details necessary for manufacturing (weld joints, materials, tests, procedures, etc.).
- Perform drawing revisions according to modifications requested by the client or production.
- Participate in the creation and maintenance of a library of standardized parts.
- Prepare material lists for bids.
- Design parametric 3D models and optimize drawings to avoid interferences.
- Prepare cutting lists and manufacturing formats for production.
Desired profile
- DEC in Mechanical, Industrial Engineering or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role
- Excellent command of SolidWorks
- Good knowledge of AutoCAD
- Knowledge of welding symbols and welded fabrication
- Bilingualism (French/English) (an asset)
